Mold Maintenance Precautions

1. Regularly disassemble, clean and maintain the runner, and check the flatness;

2. When disassembling and cleaning, focus on protecting the sharp corners of the mold lip and the flow channel, if there is slight damage and gap, consult professionals for guidance;

3. Do not use hard tools such as steel to clean the runner and sealing area to avoid damage;

4. Electrical safety inspection, whether there is damage to replace in time;

5. Check the sealing surface to see if it is flat;

6. Check the tightening screw to whether it is tightened
